Amazing host! Laura took care of us, provided parking tips and was always available on WhatsApp. She was extremely helpful! The apartment was clean and well maintained, AC was working, the kitchen had many amenities.

Location is really excellent: walkable to the town center, pedestrian plaza, and Petrolo area with the Ferris wheel and great restaurants. Good air conditioning.

Everything was VERY bare bones: cheapest possible furniture, dishes, not a single rug or comfort item anywhere. One thin, scratchy towel per person. One thin, hard pillow per person. Mattresses were extremely hard and uncomfortable. No paper towels, not enough toilet paper for the whole week, no detergent for the washing machine. Laminate floors with no rugs anywhere so we could hear the neighbors upstairs and on either side. The bathroom trash had not been emptied in between guests so we started the week off with someone else’s trash already in the apartment, and there was nowhere to take out the trash midweek.
