More like an airbnb, owners stays on property, it’s like renting a room with ensuite bathroom. Room is small which is normal for HK standards, but still have space to lay out one big luggage. Very clean, excellent location, great value for money overall! Am very grateful to the owner for waiting after my flight got delay, and even sent very detail instructions on how to get to the place from the airport so checking in was a breeze.

Very convenient location.
Free luggage storage.
I didn’t realise the room was in someone’s house and you had to walk through their living room/dining room to get to the room.
The room was very dark with no light switches near the bed. The bathroom is tiny.
The room will do if you’re out during the day and only use it for sleeping.
