El piso es de un tamaño perfecto para 4 y además está muy bien ubicado.

The apartment is spacious so we have enough space to stay. kitchen is equipped with all necessary equipment.

I like everything

Nice apartment with very generous areas. Some nice touches in terms of design and games for the kids. Location is super central and value for money was good.

A bit noisy night due to location near local bars. Miscommunication with owner regarding some boat tickets that were supposed to be vouchers and I had to pay in the end.

We spent the 2 nights trying to figure out the internet password, the hand written password was not understandable at all. Apart from that everything was perfect.

Location

The owner was nice and helpful. The apartment is spacious with a very large kitchen. Despite the noise of people on the square below rooms were quiet.

We had bad luck because when we arrived the owner was busy trying to unplug the toilet. We were able to get in only at the end of the afternoon. If you are on foot and love the excitement of a square filled with bars, cafés and restaurants and people eating outside, this is ideal. We were unlucky to arrive on a Sunday when the square was filled with people and you could barely walk outside. Parking is very difficult. I had to leave the car a ten minute walk away. Luckily, being Sunday parking was free. During the week it would be difficult.

Excellent location right in the heart of Aveiro. Lots of space for a family. Fair price.

Toilet cistern was broken. A bit noisy, but that's the trade off for the great location. It would have been good to know in advance where to park - recommend the big car park under the motorway and then walk into town.
