very friendly and helpful staff. near to burgh le marsh .all things you could require available in the village. onsite fishing is excellent .even the small shop on site offers a reasonable choice of essentials. the cottage is great value for money. we will return next year no doubt about it.

one single metal frame bed is very creaky .should be replaced really.or tightened up.

We loved the property because it just like staying at home and we was allowed to take our 4 dogs whitch are a big part of our family it’s comfortable and clean and the staff are friendly

The phone signal it’s good and no Wi-Fi was avail or on site

Site is lovely, secure and clean, about 4 miles out of ingoldmells.

No enclosed space for the dogs to go out of a night before bed and first thing in a morning. Seems to of been a fly problem, persistent flies in the property yet windows and doors were kept shut because of this. Also on arrival and throughout the week, very unpleasant smells in cottage, particularly kitchen and small bedroom. Neighbouring caravan owners were not very welcoming and made it clear they were not happy that we took dogs on the little patch of grass that was close to their caravan. Also no freezer, so we couldn't buy any ice cream.
