Cozy Room Cusco

Great breakfast and reception staff very helpful

No hairdryer in the room

Great location with very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast in the rooftop dining area was lovely.

Nothing

- Didn't get the bed setup i booked for, i got 2 1.5 bed when i booked 1 large bed + 1 one pers - Mattress and pillow quality is bad - Breakfast, if you don't arrive before 8am you'll have pretty much nothing left - Don't even have a glass or a cup to drink water in the room - Windows are like paper and hear all the noise from the street including at the 5th floor - zero basic accesories, (iron, kettle, little fridge, etc...) - Also been charged for an extra 5% card fee when it should be normal for a business to take that cost like any other customer-minded hotel I have been charged for a broken key that literally snapped like butter in my hand (should be more customer service oriented, as it is not for the price but more for the principle of good customer service)
