Simpatia e disponibilidade do proprietário Estacionamento privado (apesar de muito apertado) Perto da praia e ter piscina interior e exterior

Barulho!! O apartamento tem imenso ɓarulho á volta. É impossível descansar tranquilamente. Acordamos várias vezes quase todos os dias pois o apartamento fica mesmo em frente á entrada do prédio. É considerado um 1 andar porque no elevador passa da garagem ( -1 ) para o 1 andar...mas. a realidade é um rés do chão. Entra e sai imensa gente durante todo o dia/noite, dificultando o sossego em casa. Depois há muita gente que fala no exterior do prédio, seja na rua, seja nas varandas dos outros prédios. Mas o pior é mesmo nas traseiras do apartamento está um Hotel, onde inclusive tive de fazer queixa na recepção numa das noites pois faziam imenso barulho na varanda á 01h da manhã ! O apartamento tem bastante humidade (com percentagens constantemente entre 75 e 83%) dificultando a respiração normal do meu filho de 11 meses e a minha própria. Tossimos bastantes vezes, sobretudo á noite. As portas de acesso á varanda não trancavam o que deixava uma sensação de insegurança constante pois o apartamento apesar de dizer "1 andar" fica na realidade no rés do chão. Qualquer pessoa consegue subir pela varanda e entrar em casa. Segundo comentários do booking este problema já existia em 2022.

Clean with most things that we needed for the stay.

Being on the bottom floor security was crucial. Our bedroom patio door had no lock on it meaning the door could not be locked… the only line of defence was the sun shutter, which broke on day 1… I had to wedge a chair into the door to secure out belongings.

Apartment was fantastic. Plenty of room for our party of 6 and everything you needed was in the apartment. It was also 5 mins from the beach and strip.

Not much in resort.

The property was super! it was close to the beach with only 5 mins walk. You get the perk of a residential area close by to the business of Portimao centre with bars and restaurants all around in under 15 mins walk! The apartment it self was really safe with shutters on one side and the 2 entrances requiring a code to get in! There’s a lovely pastry and bread shop in the complex too!

It was close to everything, beach, shops, it has a kiddies pool and lovely area around it

_ The reception was great. When I arrived the apartment was spotless and clean. _ The apartment is exactly like shown in the pictures _ The kitchen has everything you need to do your meals _ Pool _ Security. You have accessed codes for everything _ Underground parking. _ The room is big with a big comfy bed. Also you have a flat screen.

Great location. Wonderful fully equipped apartment. I can recommend it definitely 😊👍
