Wonderful space to relax, cook and recharge. The rooftop was lovely, with plenty of space to sit down and hang your laundry/swimming gear. The kitchen was larger than expected and very well equipped - ready for you to start cooking. Small supermarkets are within walking distance, as well as a fruit & veg store. The photos don't do the front room justice: it's much more spacious. The beds are comfy and the bathroom is good, too, comes with a bidet! Great comms with the host who was really flexible in welcoming us and seeing us off. Would definitely stay here again.

The upstairs neighbours can be a bit noisy at times but that's beyond the host's control of course.

A lovely, authentic Valencian semi-detached house! The accommodation was beautiful and clean, and our friendly host welcomed us and showed us around. It’s well connected, with bus stops and several shops nearby. McDonald’s and Burger King are right next door if you fancy a quick bite. :D Malvarrosa Beach is just a 10-minute walk away.

Great place close to beach and DIA supermarket. Quiet streets. Fresh air inside. Great beds. Very clean.

Isolation phonic from top floor above not good enough. Water boiler was missing. Maybe coffee machine to be added.

Cute and unique, different than many others. You entered directly into the living room, then there is one bedroom, a bathroom, a small hallway that takes you to the kitchen or to the interior mini-garden and rooftop, and on the other side is the other bedroom. It was quite cozy and nicely decorated. Located just a short walk to the beach.

There were no shelves in the first bedroom to put your stuff, only a couple of hangers, but more were needed. The bathroom also needs more storage space and for sure, newer towels. The ones offered were really teared down. A few improvements and newer towels and beddings may make a big difference! We didn’t use the kitchen, so I don’t know anything about it, we only kept a few drinks in the fridge. Oh, and the air conditioning was leaking, we found all the things that were on the chair below soaked. We moved that chair and put a wash basin to collect the water. That has to be addressed too.
