Perfect location for opera and town. Tea bags and coffee pods were provided. Good restaurant next door.

The property address on booking.com is an apartment name, and not is not the actual property address. The access and exact location etc is not provided until passports are submitted. The address information / access codes was only sent by WhatsApp when passport information was sent. It wasn’t funny standing on a street in the rain trying to contact property management for the address information. (I do not like uploading my passport / information to unknown people via a form.) This is a nuisance, impersonal and anonymous. Who has the customer identity documents? It was not made clear that the address is not the name of the building / establishment but is simply the name of an apartment on the second floor of a building. Key box was very fiddly, broken nails resulting! Tea towels and washing up liquid would be helpful.

Beste Lage in Verona.

Very good location, close to the restaurants and squares of the Old Town. Instructions on getting in were clear and very prompt. Good sized apartment, generous bedrooms

The toilet was continuously filling, so there was a considerable noise. The air con was not in great condition, and struggled to cool the apartment. A 2nd pillow would have been very welcome

This little apartment is in the best possible location - in a lovely, restaurant-lined but quiet street, 5 minutes walk from the center, the river just around the corner. It is fully equipped with modern furnishings, exactly like the photos. The living area is a bit small for a longer stay, but for a weekend getaway it is perfect.

Like any place in the center, it is in the ZTL, so you cannot drive up nor park around the apartment but will likely have to walk some 15-20 mins to the closest garage.
