The unit was spotless and refreshing. The view was spectacular. Day or night the beach activity is so lively and yet quiet. The unit itself is so comfortable and clean, all of us were very happy. Would recommend this unit to others and it has become our favorite holiday destination on the south coast

Receiving 2 separate msgs on the day of departure to make sure we vacate at 10am. Was a little pressuring.

great property the disappointment was the agent allocated to us was available when we call needed assistance, we were in darkness for the most of our stay no light provided during load shedding

People on the place were so racist, the kept knocking many times and told us to lower our voices.Offwhich in a place where u wanna forget about your problems and rest away from home .I didn't like that being reminded we not in our house,We felt like we in jail period.

When we got there at just after 3pm, maid was still cleaning the property . On our first night, had a cold bath - geyser was switched off. No aircon - was very hot even though there were ceiling fans. mismatched crockery. Place is not kept up to standard and owner should check on this.

property is clean and well kept. spacious and comfortable. the complex staff and excellent and helpful.

ceiling fans can be cleaned. hand wash in the bathrooms can help.

Beautiful accommodation with lovely views and safe complex with excellent security, security guards are always friendly and are always willing to help. The property owner is always very pleasant on the phone and handles any complaints we had professionally.

The estate agent that we delt with Hettie du plooy, could be a little more helpful towards guests. Called her on Friday to assist with the Webber and her response was "google it" also upon departure she was very rude towards us with regards to leaving dishes in the sink when we had paid a cleaning fee in full for that. Her tone and manner in dealing with guests is actually very disgusting. The property owner Shane on the other hand was very pleasant on the phone and gave us all the information which we needed for the stay and was also handled the complaints we had about the estate agent very professionally. and with regards to noise, you literally have to whisper in order to talk to one another otherwise the security will come knocking at your door and you get a fine which is deducted from your deposit :( I didn't get my deposit back due to a stupid fine and you cannot even play music off the TV otherwise you will get complaints of noise. and also, if you are allergic to cats or dislike cats this is defiantly not the place for you as there are lots of cats in this property which were basically sit on the outside furniture and will literally stare at your soul when you are sitting outside eating.

The apartment was amazing. The views were stunning. And the host was extremely welcoming and communicated well. Shane is basically a superhost. I will not book anywhere else apart from this palce. 24hr security, everyone follows the complex rules. Shops and malls all within 3km radius. We had an amazing weekend. Don't hesitate, book this apartment!

The 600 clean fee should be reduced to like 300. Unnecessarily expensive.

Sea view, the apartment itself and location. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool.

One bed in the kids room had dirty bedding. We couldn't use it but there was enough room. They must really look into their cleaner.

We enjoyed our family trip, the pool was lovely and the accommodation was very very pleasant.

Access to the beach was quite difficult
