The location is good and the apartment was clean and spacious.

Despite having agreed a check in between 9pm and 10pm at the time of booking we were still charged a late check in fee when we arrived although this wasn't mentioned when we agreed the check in time. We also had to wait about 15 minutes outside the building before we could get into the apartment despite texting the host when we were 30 mins away as they requested.

Our host was extremely helpful with our stay and gave us great recommendations. The apartment was centrally located and within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Great rooms and very spacious with nice light!

The laundry machine stained some of our clothes and didn't wash very well

An incredible property in the very heart of the old city . Huge comfy beds , every room en suite , very clean , air con and Suzanna was really helpful. Highly recommend this gem.

Our host was very friendly and helpful. Coming with kids we had a lot of stuff he helped us get all of our things in.

My only criticism is like most places on this website it says there is parking on site. There is parking a 5 minute walk away but it’s public and you pay for it. I put the website at fault though not the host since I have come across this many many times on here.

Several flights of stairs to apt

Perfect location and amazing triplex apartment for our family of 5! We were welcomed by the host and everything went very smoothly. The apartment is located in the pedestrian center and is very confortable. One of the best places we ever booked! We are looking forward to coming back there again!!
