Bring a thermometer to this noisy cold dungeon! This apartment is in a basement, it is below street level on the corner of two streets, therefore it is cold and noisy, plus it has no elevator to the basement. The basement is reachable only through a narrow staircase. The walls are thin and you are out of luck if the next-door apartment is rented to noisy people - which was in my case. I arrived there in the cold month of February. The heat was not turned on until 4 hours after my check-in time of 3 pm, it took me several phonically and emails to get the owner - who constantly denied the radiators are failing and that the apartment is cold - to turn on the heat and another 4 hours to get the room to a decent temperature. All the while the manager and the owner denied that the apartment is cold. I wish I had a thermometer with me to prove my case. This is not what you want to be spending your time on while you are on vacation. 8 hours of my 48 hours stay was wasted trying to get the heat turned on in this noisy basement apartment.

The manager and the owner of the apartment denied that the temperatures were below comfort levels. It took a lot of effort to get them to turn on the heat. I wish I had a thermometer with me to prove my claim. It was only after I called Booking.com that the heat was turned on to a comfortable level.

Great spot, so close to everything, super easy access into the apartment. Very clean and newly decorated. Super friendly gentleman there onsite to assist if you need anything. Can't wait to stay again. All the facilities you need, iron, fridge, hair dryer, coffee and tea and lots of towels.

the floor got really wet when showering meaning we had to dry it with our towels and soak them with nowhere to hang them up to dry. more towels were needed as we were there for 3 days, when we asked we were given them no problem. maybe a shower mat is needed

Very comfy bed, great location, value for money is excellent giving hotel prices and it was easy to find. Only a 10min walk from central station which was very helpful. Supermarket right behind it also. Very easy to communicate with the owners also. Tea and coffee facilities in the room also was a nice touch.

Everything was good. Only thing is it might not suit someone who can't get up and down stairs but we had no issues with this.

The room was underground with windows at street level with people passing by all the time, so we were not able to open the windows with no AC neither. If it was mentioned on booking we wouldn't have taken the room in the first place. It is not worth the Money. Sorry

The location close to the station, exceptionally clean and extremely comfortable. Would highly recommend. Communication was suberb. Highly recommended.

-room temp was low and heaters didn't seem to work -could not connect to WiFi - paper thin wall + cleaning neighboring rooms at 10:30 pm is a big no-no in my opinion but still happened

The location of the room was in the central part of Amsterdam, which made it super convenient to get about! It was only a 9min walk from the station which was good as we didn't waste money on cabs! The host was super friendly and met us on arrival, and helped us check in! The room was clean and the bed was comfy!

the room was a basement room so the windows were restricted when opened as it was summer and 30 degrees it became very warm down in the room! Maybe an extra fan supplied in the summer would be a good idea!
