Just one window in the whole mini apartment. Bathroom drain was a mess. And they didn't fix it in four days

The accommodation is well located with a nice view of Faial. There is no breakfast service but there is a good bakery nearby. Very close is a good bar, where you can eat with a nice view.

All perfect. Super apartment. Wonderful view next to center. They are like a 4star hotel.

The view was nice and if you are with the car there is enough parking spaces. the WI-FI was good - when it wasn’t working one time, they fixed it asap. in the close proximity is a natural swimming pool. There is an AC in the room.

For me the room is too expensive for what it offers. The beds aren’t very comfortable and location is a bit far from the city (where the port, restaurants, bars, tourist agencys are).

- broken toilet sit, even though this problem was communicated to the owner and the sit got “repaired”, but in one day the problem appeared again, cuz some things are beyond reparation, you just need to buy new one. but this is a general problem with this property, everything is old and the owners try to squeeze out everything out of the existing equipment with the minimal costs, at least it was our impression - no isolation in the building, you can listed everything what the neighbors doing - separate beds that are moved together, but slide apart at a tiny movement, no option of one bed for couple available - basically shampoo and shower gel are not available, instead, they gave us just a “sample” sachets of shampoo and gel, like those that you receive as a present going to perfume store ( please see picture attached - coffee machine available, but I steer of coffee capsules suitable for this machines we received as “welcome gift “ 2 sachets of the cheapest instant coffee - they claim that the cleaning is daily, in reality the towels change is daily and garbage, but several times some bins were forgotten to be emptied( there are 3: one in the kitchen, one in the room, one in bathroom). we had infant with us who crawls everywhere, so when we do that the second day the floor was not cleaned we asked the owner to ensure that the other days it would be done properly, as we have a baby and for us it is very important, however several times after that the floor was not whipped well at all. - there is no dishwasher! it’s a kitchen, not a kitchenette, however dishwasher is not available and the cleaning ladies do not wash dishes! I see it for the first time in my life that the cleaning lady would deliberately leave dishes and for the last 10 years or so I have not seen a rented apartment without dishwasher.
