Sehr gute Lage, toller Blick auf den River Ness, schöne gemütliche Einrichtung. Das Frühstück war super. Die Chefin Leah war sehr herzlich und aufmerksam.
Mir hat es an nichts gefehlt.

the location is excellent for other popular things to see and and do in Inverness. It's right on the river walk and very quiet at night. views of rooftops and the river and churches from my room. Leah was excellent host and I felt very at home during my stay. Also able to leave luggage if you check in early
yes, there are stairs.

Leah was very welcoming- she answered all our questions and the property was very warm , inviting and comfortable. Location was great.
If I could change anything it would be the size of the bed in our room- I found it on the smaller size.

It was perfectly located with easy walking distance to everything. The area was safe and easy parking was provided. The room was clean and well stocked (with the exception of any water or way to get water). A room tidying service was provided each day.
For whatever reason, we were told that breakfast would not be provided even though we offered to pay extra. I’m not sure why since there was a full dining room downstairs and the house is literally advertised as a “bed-and-breakfast“. At the last minute, the owner offered to provide a breakfast but we had already made other plans. We were not provided any water nor given facilities to fill our water bottles, which I thought was sort of odd. If you are tall, be sure to ask for a room not on the top floor as the ceilings are significantly slanted so moving around the room was a bit difficult at times.
