Gastgeberin Ranetta war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat uns nicht nur ausführlich über die Parkmöglichkeiten informiert, sondern auch einen preiswerten Parkplatz in der Nähe für uns gefunden, während wir am späten Abend mit dem Leihwagen angekommen sind und gar nicht wussten, wo ein Parkplatz zu finden ist, immer gut per E-Mail oder WhatsApp erreichbar. Nochmals herzlichen Dank, liebe Ranetta

Location is in a busy area but you still cannot hear the noise from the roads in the flat which is a huge plus.
This was our second stay at this property and we had a lovely time. Well equipped, perfect for couples.

Friendly host. Usually I don't like to handle cash payments but it all went well. The area has many restaurants and bars around. There was ice in the fridge which I loved.
The parking situation around and the traffic is terrible. Had to constantly check and pay the parking ticket, there is the overpriced garage across the street. After leaving the car overnight, sure thing first in the morning was a parking ticket on my window. If the streets and parking places were at least as well maintained as they are pricey. Next time I will try Lajos Street parking. Might be a good recommendation.

Such a cute flat! Even though the apartment is rather small, it has everything you might need! Even some food and drinks, which was a pleasant surprise. What is more, it is very convenient because there are no keys, but the4 code lock, we were happy abou it, didn't have to worry who has the keys. The host is very friendly and helpful :)
The only detail I didn't like was that the flat smelled a little bit like cats, even though there are obviously no cats :) The towels also smelled like cats. But, even though I'm allergic to cats, it was not a problem for me at all, I felt very well :D

very cosy, very practical (you don't need keys, just a code, so my late arrival was no problem). the host accomodated my need (additional milk for the coffee), responded quickly and with good english. wonderful, easy stay with no hassle. the place is clean cosy, you feel like at home. i hope i can come again :)

Hospitality and tidiness
For an adult it was litle bit difficult to sleep on the gallery.
The refrigerator and the air condition unit were little bit noisy.

Very good contact with the owner. No problem with 2 dogs, we got even a blankets for them. Apartament is clean, not top big but you have everything you need. Close to the shops.

The host was lovely. We were pleasantly surprised by the little touches that made all the difference; for example water and juice in the fridge, some sweets, even make up removal pads in the bathroom. Even though it's not the most modern apartment, it is clean and comfortable. Location is not too bad either. It may seem a little away from the centre, but it's very close to a bus stop that takes you to the centre in 10-15 minutes. Some small shops are also nearby. Overall - highly recommended.

The hosts were nice and friendly, the accommodation was clean and well equipped.
Not far from the accommodation is a fenced plot for walking dogs.
The next time we go to Budapest, we will definitely stay here again :-)

The hosts were lovely and available to my many questions. Great cozy apartment, perfect location for people who come to festivals in obuda, good transportation. Perfectly clean, good facilities, very comfortable for 4 people.
