The views were stunning the gardens lush green and beautiful The breakfasts by Birgit. We didn't have every day but they were delicious Portland itself is a beautiful place filled with beautiful people. Not too touristy which is a bonus

The very bumpy journey up hill to the property. The road/hill is at some points impassable thankfully had a defender vehicle (driven by the owner Richard) to make that journey

If you want a quiet place with friendly hosts and a fantastic view of the Ocean and Mountains, that's the place to go. We took two of the tours they offer (Reach Falls and Kingston/Blue Mountains) and enjoyed them.

A bit far from anything. Can't really walk. But the guesthouse offers transportation for a reasonable fee.
