The neat and clean spaces in the inside and also outside decorated with good taste

A spacious well equipped exceptionally clean apartment situated on the outskirts of Tias in a quiet residential area.

We had a lovely week in this charming and beautifully decorated flat. Everything we needed was there and Bea was the perfect host. Tias is a great location to reach anywhere on the island. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The flat was generally a very comfortable place to be, perfect for two people, it was also perfectly clean and well kept. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

We loved everything about casa Berriel: the location (in the middle of the island, you will be half-way from all beaches & attractions which is perfect), the sea view & the apartment (very spacious with 2 toilets and very clean) and our hosts (bea and Francis were very kind and attentive even offered us a bottle at the end of our stay). Bea and Francis live in the premises but they are very discreet and there is a lot of privacy. 100% recommended.
