Excellent location, close to town centre restaurants, with convenient parking and wonderful views. The property is thoughtfully provided with all your needs for a comfortable stay.And Antonio was on hand to welcome us on arrival and answer all our questions on settling in.

Quite a few steps up to the entry door- not a problem for us but might be for elderly folks.

Comfy, in the middle of town but still quiet and has it's own terrace with a barbecue and great views. Fabulous.

Such a quaint and comfortable "nest" with a beautiful view! The hosts were welcoming, accommodating and helpful. We loved relaxing on the terrace enjoying the view with the complimentary bottle of wine and some snacks we purchased. Everything about the nest was charming. Having a washing machine available was a bonus. The hosts also left coffee, tea and a few snacks which was greatly appreciated.

At no fault of the hosts, getting to the location was challenging. Google Maps took us up a steep and winding "cow path" that was narrow and had severe drop offs. DO NOT GO THIS WAY! There is a longer but much safer route that should be taken. Also the parking was a fairly long walk up a steep hill, so getting back to our car was somewhat challenging.

Host was great as we had several questions about the washer and heater that we needed help with. The bottle of wine was wonderful to enjoy with Netflix.

The bed was too firm for us. We ran out of hot water during showers.

Antonio and Rosanna have put their heart and soul into creating such a magnificent property for their guests. Panoramic Nest felt just like home, the apartment was incredibly clean and comfortable with breathtaking views of Val d’Orcia. What really exceeded our expectations was the hospitality provided by Antonio & Rosanna. They were amazing throughout our entire stay and took excellent care of our family. This spacious and comfortable apartment has everything you could possibly need to enhance your authentic Tuscan experience. The hosts, Rosanna and Antonio are on hand to help with anything you could possibly need though every little detail is catered for. We especially made use of the beautiful terrace with stunning countryside views and used the wood fired bbq to cook a meal. A short walk to the restaurants and shops of Montalcino where you can take your pick of great restaurants and local produce shops.
