A localização é muito boa. Perto do centro. Os funcionários da recepção são muito atenciosos e prestativos. Os quartos são simples, mas super limpos e aconchegantes.

O café da manhã, desta vez, deixou a desejar. Não estavam repondo os itens e não era por falta de funcionários, pois sempre tinham 2 ou 3 pessoas na cozinha lanchando.

Customer service is the most outstanding feature to highlight here. From the reception desk to the cleaning ladies, everyone is very attentive. The breakfast was ok too! And the location is great for those who are willing to spend one night only and need easy access to the highway to continue their journey. Otherwise, I recommend keeping looking for another option.

Well, I didn't feel very safe. Both the surroundings and the accommodation itself do not convey a sense of security, you know? Besides, the rooms are neither very cozy nor so clean. The hotel itself doesn't look like a hotel. The whole place seems to have been improvised somehow. It's a little different from the impression of the photos when you make the reservation.
