The hotel itself is a floor in one of the stairwells of the plaza structure. Ours had a view to the plaza itself which was a unique experience. The location is absolutely perfect to enjoy San Sebastian and the staff was very friendly and helpful
The plaza that the hotel is in is the staging area for resupplying the various bars and restaurants in the old town, so lots of trucks show up quite early in the morning. If you're a light sleeper, this might be an issue, but it wasn't really a big problem for us.

Perfect location right in the central square. It was very quiet in the room too. Room was clean.
Room was small, shower didn’t drain well, towels smelled very bad like used gym towels. Bed was missing supports so the mattress sunk in the middle.

Great central location. We were here during a cider festival which was very loud but the double windows made it perfectly quiet in the room!
Awkward to get in & no instructions about it. We had to help several others figure it out as well.

I liked the location! It was perfect!!
The rooms are extremely small. My wife, 5 yr old and I were stepping all over ourselves

"Der absolute Pluspunkt dieser Unterkunft ist die sehr zentrale Lage. Man schaut aus dem Zimmer auf die sehr schöne Plaza de la Constitución. Dank der guten Schallisolierung schläft man auch in trubeli..."
