The apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom and two terraces. Overall, it is a quiet apartment and reasonably well equipped for a stay in Florence. Pros: The location is very convenient for those who want to visit the city without using their car. The tram stop is very close, and the tourist centre can be reached in about 20 minutes, just six stops away. Having a parking space in the underground garage is also a major advantage, especially in Italy, where finding a parking space can be difficult. The space is somewhat narrow, but having a dedicated parking spot is very useful. The apartment is quiet, has air conditioning and two terraces, and in general provides the facilities needed by tourists.

Things that could be improved: More attention should be paid to maintenance and practical details. The mosquito screen in the bedroom is torn at the bottom, the one in the living room is not working, and the screen on the bathroom window needs cleaning. The dishwasher door falls down and needs to be repaired. Bedside tables would be very useful in the bedroom. There are instead some chairs that do not serve much purpose in this area, so we ended up using the kitchen chairs as bedside tables. There are also quite a lot of artificial plants around the apartment, which take up space and collect dust, while some more useful items for guests' comfort are missing. For the beginning of autumn, a lighter duvet in the bedroom would also have been useful, more suitable for the temperatures in September. The lighting in the kitchen area is insufficient. A stronger light source closer to the worktop, extractor hood and kitchen cabinets would be very useful. During our stay, we actually had to use our phone flashlight to illuminate this area. Parking: We also had an unpleasant situation on the first morning. The car parked in the neighbouring space was over the limits of its designated spot, leaving our car completely blocked, so we could not open any of its doors. We had planned a trip to San Gimignano and, in order to leave, we had to get into the car through the boot, put it into neutral and push it forward. The owner told us that they would contact the neighbour, but we only received an answer in the afternoon. The situation was eventually resolved, but it was a very unpleasant experience. It would be advisable to clarify the boundaries and use of the two parking spaces once and for all. Also regarding the parking, the property is advertised under the title “Elegant Location in Florence - 2 FREE PARKING!”, which may give the impression that two parking spaces are available.

Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders hat uns die Terrasse gefallen und der Supermarkt ganz in der Nähe. Sehr zu empfehlen.

It’s great. Nearby groceries, attraction places, nearby transportation towards main city.. well equipped kitchen , good with balcony. Have a private parking space which is always the plus point when staying in the city for security.

Everything was great. I just didn’t liked the sofa bed. Very squeaky.. we couldn’t sleep as it made loud noise every time we move. It’s only the downside instead everything was great.

Das Ausziehsofa hat extrem gequietscht. Keine Garderobenhaken, der Geschirrspüler ist nicht gut verankert. Die Beleuchtung schlecht. Das Rollo im Wohnbereich defekt und die Dusche schlecht geputzt.
