Tembo Palace Hotel

V helpful and friendly staff. I cannot manage too many steps and with no lift my room on third floor was going to be hard. Reception didn’t want to change saying no rooms available. However one of the staff member called them and changed room to 1st floor. Thank you

Property not right next door to Tembo House so have to walk for breakfast.

Great location, friendly helpful staff

All good

Great service and beautiful hotel

Not being in the main building and no lift the the room on the 3rd floor.

The pool

Concierge followed me into my room with shoes on and closed the door. As a female solo traveller, this made me extremely uncomfortable. After being harrassed by store owners, I wanted to feel safe in my hotel. My room was also located next to the stairwell, so I heard all guests arriving and departing throughout the night. I told reception about this and they said there was a large group staying. If thata true, put them in the rooms next to the stairs. This property has the location as a positive and that is it.
