Free shuttle bus to and from the airport. Clear instructions on where to get the bus provided by the hotel too, which for a first time visitor to China was very much appreciated. Easy check in. Room completely adequate and clean. Restaurant was reasonably priced and lots of dishes on offer. Super quick too. Breakfast buffet included and lots of different foods to choose from. Could not fault for the price paid. Highly recommend.

The shuttle was a great service offered and the information regarding how to get to it was clear and super easy to follow. The hotel itself is in a bit of an 'industrial' area but it's clean and did exactly what we needed it to do (layover sleep).
the view outside the window was a little bit derelict but otherwise it was a great stay with a comfy bed and helpful staff. I would have loved it if there was information in the room about the restaurant, food options or going out options - there was none there - a little booklet of info would be great.

Short stay, luckily. Hotel is OK spot for the one night stay before take off at Pudong. It is very simple but the most important thing "the bus" is on time.....
