It's a nice place, But the owner was not our host we were endorsed to 2 diff owners.

The owners were super friendly. They allowed us to go to the "members' only" part of the beach.

There were no towels available and the kitchen was a bit dirty. As for Pico de Loro in general, everything costs three to four times more so be prepared to shell out more money. You also need to pay over a thousand pesos to access the club's facilities and beach.

Balcony is unsafe. No locks. The ac takes hours to cool.

To make it short, don't hesitate to book this property. Everyone from the unit owner, caretaker, staff, attendants are all very accommodating and will greet you with a smile. The unit was spacious and very clean too. Recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay. The host was very nice and kind and the unit where we stayed was clean. Staff in Pico are friendly! Will surely recommend it to everyone.

We liked RAY, the HOST most! He respond to every request and concern quickly. He made recommendations when we went to Nasugbu town. Option to store and cook our own food in the condo. Large TV. The condo unit had the basic home necessities. Toilet paper, shampoo, dish soap and even some pantry items for the 5-day stay was supplied and sufficient. The floor was quiet. Internet access. Foot paths. Quiet and green environment. Private beach. Many options for fun activities in the resort and beyond for free and for a fair price.

The aircon didn't work for 3 out of 4 nights. No microwave. No washer /dryer. The food options for a weekday stay was limited. Only one restaurant was open to the public. The Beach Club restaurant was limited to members and accompanied guests only. Food was overpriced. Convenient store was closed during weekdays. Decent restaurants and shops was a 40 minute drive to town. Limited English cable channels. Slow internet connection. Footpath lighting too dark at night. Noisy construction of new condo building near beach.

The owner was very nice and accommodating. We were running late for check in but sir Rey patiently waited for us to arrive. Also very easy to communicate with either through SMS or call. Condo unit was very tidy and complete with necessary amenities one would need for their stay. Access to beach club and the entire place was superb. You wont run out of things to do at the place. Highly recommended!

The wifi was rather slow, but wasn’t really an issue since we didn’t need it much.
