Nell’ Hotel Puriartha Ubud, mi è stata data una stanza con una “finestra” che da sul muro e peggio ancora che non si può aprire, è solo vetro senza infissi. La parte peggiore è l’odore di muffa e umido che c’è nella stanza. Suppongo provenga dalle macchie di umidità nel muro affianco al letto. Ho già chiesto il giorno stesso del check-in alla reception se è possibile avere un’altre stanza è mi dico che è tutto pieno, nonostante su Booking.com ci sia ancora disponibilità. Dopo aver passato la notte qua ho occhi e naso che bruciano, oltretutto soffro d’asma e ho dovuto usare lo spray per respirare più volte sta notte e dormire con una mascherina. Nella stanza c’è appeso un profumatore per ambiente davanti all’aria condizionata, per coprire l’odore di muffa immagino, ma non aiuta per niente. Purtroppo non si può fotografare l‘odore ma nella foto si vede l’umidità del muro che sbuca da dietro i mobili e il fatto che abbiano messo un bicchiere con della polvere di caffè un un angolo fa capire che ne sono coscienti. Dopo essermi lamentata anche il giorno seguente con l’hotel e aver anche contattato Booking.com, sono riuscita ad ottenere una camera con una finestra che si apre almeno parzialmente, senza cattivi odori e in cui si riesce a respirare senza problemi. La differenza tra dentro e fuori la prima camera é fortissima. Quando ho portato i miei bagagli nella nuova stanza, lo zaino si era già impregnato con la puzza della stanza. Dopo aver contattato Booking.com, l’hotel mi ha offerto di anticipare il check out di una notte, ma nessun rimborso per la notte passata in quella “stanza” che non dovrebbe essere mai offerta a nessuno perché sotto i livelli di igiene adeguata. Il livello dell’hotel in generale è basso rispetto al prezzo richiesto e la realtà deludente rispetto alle foto mostrate per la prenotazione.

No fridge or kettle/yea/coffee making facilities in room (which I was expecting as standard) Breakfast was a big disappointment. Unsatisfying and very lack lustre to say the least. Same goes for lunch/dinner options. Eat out always! But I got sick and had to eat from a asas choice on offer Toilet and shower together was weird on the room Very noisy area. Right on busy road. Lots of traffic noise

Great location, spacious room, great staff. Fast check-in. central location with walking distances to everything important in Ubud central.

Good location

Cleanliness. Our room was full of ants and we asked the staff to change our bedding on the 2nd day of being there. However they did not do this until we asked again on the 3rd day, but then we were already bitten. Also our takeaway food plates that we used the first day, where not taken away till the 3rd day. This concerned us as we did not want to attract any more ants.

the photos are amazing but in reality the rooms are small. my room “deluxe” had no windows to outside.
