My friends and I have stayed in this building a couple of times previously, but this was our first time in this particular apartment. It too was to a great standard, and we'll happily return.
Being really picky here, but some hooks on the wall and even a shoe rack in the dead space by the front door to the apartment would be useful. Also, the main living area is lovely and large, but there were no options to soften the lighting the evening we spent watching films and chatting - a couple of standing lamps by the sofas would really help the ambience!

The whole property was superb. Very well appointed. Pristine condition. Easy access. Warm, quiet and comfortable. Welcome touches like a pint of milk and cereal. I don't think I've stayed anywhere better.
Nothing to dislike at all. The property had everything I could have wanted.

Crackheads, Spice zombies, not a safe place to walk around, damp old building too. Greggs was nice.... Derby is a dump, best not visited, even booking dot come says Nottingham for sight seeing, says it all

Szczerze mowiac to nie bylo tam nic specjalnego
Mieszkanie bardzo male, na samej gorze, cisza nocna miala byc 22 - 6 rano ale wokol tyle patologii, ze nie bylo przyjemnie. Szczegolnie ze dziecko budzilo sie ciagle. Trzeba bylo zaplacic depozyt przed wizyta ale na zwrot depozytu maja do 10 dni. To nie fair, bo ja zaplacilem depozyt kilkoma kliknieciami a oni maja na to 10 dni. Zwykle oszustwo.

Excellent location with ample parking and everything was private and well organised. Theere was also plenty of parking which was great for a town centre location. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Would stay there again.
The electronic key safe box was a bit temperamental. May have been the cold weather affecting the screen.

When we finally figured it out heating was good
Flat 1 is in no way luxury. There are no mats or rugs, only 1 sofa which was very small and the 1 chair was not at all comfortable. Lights were either on or off, no lamps. Only 1 reading lamp in bedroom and I had to climb over my husband to even get in or out of bed. Bathroom was very small and no shelf for washrags, or in the shower cubicle for shampoo etc. There was not a door hook for coats etc. All in all a huge disappointment

Location was ideal for our visit, mainly to catch up with family and friends. Good facilities in the kitchen especially for anyone staying for long periods for business. Clean and nicely laid out.
We booked a deluxe apartment but we were disappointed to find it was very small and cramped. We both found the bed uncomfortable, it seems a new mattress is needed. Difficult to use the hairdryer as there wasn’t a mirror near to a socket. A shelf in the shower would have been a good idea, having to put toiletries on the shower floor isn’t ideal.

Excellent location, the property was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we will always stay here when visiting Derby

Extremely popular serviced apartment, and it's easy to see why. Well located just a stroll from Derbion, with gated parking and comfy units. Best part of staying here is the extremely powerful water pressure.
Just to nit-pick, unit did not come with a tumble dryer (although stated in list of facilities)

Good instructions. Excellent parking on site. Walking into city centre was not too far but there was an excellent bus service if you didn’t fancy the walk.

Great location, very easy check in process, very clean and nice little touches like water, milk, tea & coffee making facilities. Secure car parking and Sainsbury’s Local just at the end of the road. Bedrooms comfortable and clean and plenty of wardrobe space.
No window in the living room which felt quite odd.

The flat was very hot, but nothing opening the windows couldn't fix!

Was great to be able to make a cup of tea as soon as we went in with proper milk in the fridge. the fan in the bedroom was well used as it was very hot. lots of utensils so it’s easy to make meals.
a few cobwebs about and did feel as though were in a goldfish bowl if we pulled the roller blinds up during the day. other clientele were very nosy at night and into the early hours.

I really enjoyed the stay even though the heaters were not working 1 night of our stay but the staff were very friendly and effective. They gave us another apartment straight away which was perfect

Great apartment, very clean and tidy, the staff were very professional and helpful. walked in and felt right at home, very modern inside with a beautiful living room, had our own washing machine, fridge. Made us feel right at home. Will be booking again when I come back to Derby

Could of been cleaner , peaces of bread by bedside table ,amongst other things ,just needed a good hoover

Almost anything you would ever need in the kitchen is provided here too.
Less than a minute away from Sainsbury’s Local so you can get your groceries any time before midnight.
A 15-20 minute walk to Derbion and Derby Bus Station.
Kitchenware should be checked and cleaned frequently, I feel.
The can openers were already broken and the oven mitts weren’t very clean to start with.

It was my first experience to rent an apartment, everything was available good location excellent customer service definitely book again but bigger room next time.
Didn’t have much experience living in an apartment, room space found it bit small, I like cooking my own food next time will book a bigger apartment.

It was clean, amazing shower, had everything you needed but basic.
Not as big as it looks. One room and more social space would be my preference, small beds but they're OK. Complimentary water in the fridge but milk would have been helpful. It's perfect for a quick night away like us but any more and it's a little cramped.
