The apartment is spectacular, comfortable and spacious. A very quiet place. Carla is very attentive to every detail and request you can make. The place (sector) is beautiful surrounded by green areas. You feel at home and that's the best.

The host, Carla, is lovely, very accommodating. She handed the keys directly to my parents, which is something she hasn´t done since the beginning of the pandemic. Also, great communication. Carla immediately addressed a couple of minor issues we encountered, even though they came up during the holidays. Because two of the people in my party tested positive for Covid, we had to delay our departure from Peru. Carla made it easy to extend our stay and kept checking on us to see if we needed anything. This is our second time at this property which has become our to-go-to stay when visiting Lima with family. Gracias Carla!!!

Location

The apartment was large and comfortable and had plenty of light! The decor was nice, and my husband was particularly pleased with his ample new office for the 10 days we stayed. Also, Carla, our host, was very nice and responsive. We had an issue with a window in the master bedroom which was resolved in a timely manner. The apartment was well equipped (sheets, towels, dishes, etc.) and included a washer/dryer which came in handy. The location of the apartment was perfect for us - a nice 20 minute walk to my folks, and about the same to Av. Primavera which has tons of restaurants, grocery store, etc. The area felt safe, and the building was located across the Ministry of Defense (El Pentagonito) which provided a nice view (from the balcony) of people jogging and riding their bikes during the day (the path surrounds the Ministry), as well as much greenery. There are several parks nearby. By the way, since we didn't rent a car, we used Uber for the most part. It's really inexpensive compared to the US.
