Casa molto accogliente e pulita. Gestori molto gentili ed educati.

La posizione non é ottimale essendo di fianco all'aeroporto. Molto rumorosa.

The owner was extremely kind, she had attended us for two hours because our flight was in delay. The position is near the city, so it is very simple going in the city walking

You have clean air not far away from the madness in the Corfu town and you can sit outside for a glass of wine in the evening. If you want to go to any beach in Corfu you need to rent a car. The house has free parking inside if come with a car ot rent one. Supermakets are within 10 minutes range walking distance and the major attractions just 20 minutes away.

The downside to Helen’s house was the slow wireless internet connection and the mattress was really hard and not so confortable. One thing you should consider when booking this house is the fact that airplanes take-off route is just above the house and the noise can be disturbing (not the host’s fault). During the night there are not so many planes.

Everything was perfect at our staying, we could not ask for more! We are very grateful to our hosts Helen and George for their great hospitality and helping us with all we need. The property is the whole first floor with 2 bedrooms, living room and a kitchen, very clean and nice and you have all facilities needed. The parking was not a problem, as our hosts gave us their spots in front of the house. The area is quite and nice and close to the centre, about 15 min walking distance. We enjoyed our staying a lot and definitely we will come back here.

The property is as advertised. Spacious rooms, very clean and tidy. All the basics are catered for, which is all you really need if you intend spending most of your time sight-seeing. Free Wi-Fi was good. I liked the large patio door opening onto a little seating area. Secluded location with many local shops within 10-15 mins walk, including a large Lidl supermarket. Easy access to the centre of Corfu Town, only 20 min walk, close to main bus terminus. Care hire available 10mins down the road. Taxi drivers do appear to have difficulty finding the property, but the host is willing to give local directions and arrange for taxis if required. The hosts are wonderful people, easy to talk to and willing to offer advice. I have to mention that the property is also close to the airport, but aircraft noise is infrequent and frankly did not cause any real concern. If I were fortunate to return to Corfu, Helen Corfu House would be my first choice of accommodation.

There was nothing that I particularly disliked about the property or the hosts.
