Bellissima casa, perfettamente ristrutturata, molto curata, pulita e silenziosa; ottima posizione per raggiungere i posti piu` belli dell'Umbria. Siamo stati benissimo.

מיקום מאוד נוח באומבריה באופן יחסי וקרוב לעיר פיליניו שיצאנו אליה לארוחות ערב. בית ענק, עם שירותים לכל חדר, מקלחות ענקיות, הכל נקי ונוח לתפעול. היינו שמחים עם פינת הישיבה בחוץ היתה יותר מזמינה ומטופחת. גינה נוחה עם ילדים. בעלת הבית מקסימה. הסבירה הכל. זמינה. שעה לפני שהגענו עדכנו אותה, לבקשתה, והיא חיכתה לנו. המליצה על מסעדות באזור. הכל פשוט היה מושלם מושלם. מומלץ ביותר. נשמח לחזור שוב.

Great place, comfy beds, caring host.
The kitchen ware was organised in a way that made it hard to find the basics, eg cups for tea and bowls for breakfast. But this is a minor detail. It's really a great place to stay and we will do so, again.

Very nice place, the house is fully renovated with a respect to its history. We felt very well there. They even have window nets against mosquitoes.
We only missed a bit better equipment of the kitchen. But if you do not need to cook for 11, do not worry.

The villa was exceptional! The photos didn’t do it justice at all, very roomy, lovely antique furniture, the renovations were done to a very high standard. Plenty of typical Italian breakfast food - biscuits, cakes, cereals etc left out for us. Ample outdoor space with chairs to sit in the sun, we had our breakfasts outside every day under a pergola with table and chairs. We were in the ground floor apartment, there is another larger apartment upstairs with independent door etc. Bathrooms in both apartments large and well renovated. Would love to stay again in the future!! Thank you Villa Licinia for a wonderful stay!!!
