The location, the fabulous view and the children loved the swimming pool.

Clean, comfortable, good beds, beautiful view on the ocean, large balcony, nice restaurants and shopping mall ( with large supermarket) nearby. Swimming pool with sunbeds surrounded by sea and beautiful garden. Private parking.

excellent location beside bus stop into funchal town. across the road from shopping centre. fab views from balcony. soo spacious tidy and spotlessly clean. plus lots of towels.

please leave easy read on how to use hob. we dont have an electric hob and struggled a bit. yes there are various booklets in the drawer but a 1 page would be helpful thank you. also add a 1 page welcome that allows us to write in anything we have noticed before next people arrive ie dishwasher indicating it needs salt. just something housekeeping wouldnt notice and we used the plasters on a cut so even though we left more others might not and the box might not be checked. also let people know where recycling bins are. we were able to text easily and got a quick response but just to save us hassling anyone. otherwise perfect all round. thank you sooo much:) :)

Great apartment in an excellent location. Close to amenities and really family friendly. The host was very helpful and went over and above to help.

We would have liked more balcony furniture

Apartment was clean, tidy and comfortable. Location was ideal for restaurants with a 20 minute walk into the centre of Funchal. Car was not necessary as there are loads of places doing tours around the island. However we had a car so as to be independent and able to get to places tours don't tend to visit. OK for us but not enough patio furniture for more guests staying. Hardly used the TV but the sound was not good.

The apartment had everything you could need and wish for. It was really amazing. The pool was great and the apartment was very clean. Also the location was great. We would really love to visit again.
