In the end I got the keys and I could check in right away when I arrived. Apartment is big (2 bedrooms) and the kitchen is well equipped There is lift in the building Location (close to the old town) is a good point and the street is quiet (at night as well)

The check-in was a bit messy as I had to pickup the keys somewhere else. No big deal but it would have made things much easier and finer to receive all the information earlier and without having to ask for it. The host should have spent a bit more time cleaning (i.e kitchen counter, toilet and laundry room). The AC/wifi corner in the main bedroom is really messy (see pictures). And you just cannot have the AC on at night as the noise of the water dropping in the bottle will prevent you from sleeping.

Nice location, big apartment

Person who gives us keys was hard to comunicate. We came by car and she said she will be waiting outside apartment and when we came she was sitting on a bench talking with some other person not even checking if somebody is trying to find her.

The apartment is very big and well equipped, the position is good. The living room is spacious and nice, the bathroom is ok. Probably a good deal for families or groups of friends.

After the check-in, we asked the staff (not the most welcoming or friendly we've ever met) for the wifi and we were told there was none, even though the description on booking.com states that the wifi connection is available (see screenshots attached). I work while travelling so it could have been a problem, luckily we were there only for one night. AC is only in the living room. The apartment had a moldy smell but was clean enough.
