Excellent accommodation but with awfully poor WiFi connection
Everything about the accommodation was good, even excellent, except one very important aspect (see below).
The WiFi was simply too weak to be useful. We managed to send and receive some emails and WhatsApp messages. Couldn't use it to watch even very brief video clips, let alone streaming something substantial. The buffering was so disappointing and frustrating that we all gave up. I texted the owner about this and was told that she would check the availability of a booster. But I didn't hear anymore. This is such a shame. It really tarnished our stay in this otherwise excellent property. For this reason, I won't stay here again.

Exactly like home from home comfortable clean everything you needed. Location is amazing, the waffle shop next door even delivers ♥️
Loved everything about the property, can't fault a thing. Customer service was on point we will be back. Sorry its taken me so long to do this 😅

Really lovely stay
Really lovely apartment, had all we needed, good location, easy to check in/out and great communication throughout.
Lots of stairs as on the third floor - this was fine with us, but something to be aware of if you’re unable to get up stairs!

Amazing Time ♡
* Loved the location * Loved the views from the Attic room * Very spacious * Loved the care and attention given by the owners of the property, very friendly and professional * Facilities were excellent * Nearby convenience store very handy * Walking distance to the beach just behind the property * Loved the Wallasey Beach less then 10mins away, beautiful beaches and tons of things to do there * Requested 3 fans as it was the hottest day of the year on our stay there and they provided 3 brand new fans which was greatly appreciated
* Shower is very fidly as its either too hot or too cold and have to slightly tap it to get the right temperature but got the hang of it. * The room in the attic needs blackout blinds as we had to use spare duvet covers/blankets to cover the windows If it wasn't for these two comments I definitely would have given 10/10

A hassle, spoilt for us, disappointing, a let down, mislead, upsetting , never again.
The only positive was we were relocated to a ground floor apartment, but miles away from our original choice. Spoilt weekend plans.
The place looked like a bomb sight on arrival. The pavement was dug up, bollards all over, pavement sectioned off. Had two family members with me with disabilities. This should have been mentioned, also the fact that the apartment we had booked was on the top floor, and the stairs leading to it was very steep and narrow. There was no mention about this in advert or booking for Marley Mansions. The middle apartment they showed us was very basic and it smelt. We were eventually offered a ground floor apartment but this was in Birkenhead, it was better than the one in Wallasey. The place was covered in cobwebs, under the extractor fan above the cooker there were lots of cobwebs and spiders, and grease when you ran your fingers across the edge. The coffee cups were mucky, full of stains and the kettle was full of limescale. There were holes in the walls which were filled with tissue paper, paper coming off walls, curtain rail hanging off. The back outside area was disgusting, the drain was blocked up full of dirty stagnant water, with a blown up air bed just sat directly in front of this. Think it’s left ready for if there are extra guests. There was a rubbish bag left outside the kitchen window, full of rotting food. A bike, mop and bucket, and a bag of ?? Not sure what was directly next to back door, covered in leaves and cobwebs. Really thought standards would be a lot better, especially with Covid. I did say to the lady who met me at Wallasey that to say they are called Marley Mansions, they are far from it, she laughed and asked if I was expecting a mansion. I told her I wasn’t, but I wasn’t expecting a slum either.
