My family of five stayed here for three nights and had a very positive experience overall. The booking process was straightforward, with several communication options available, making it easy to get information and assistance before our arrival. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, even with our late arrival. We also appreciated the 24-hour security arrangements and CCTV coverage, which gave us added peace of mind throughout our stay. The location is excellent, with easy access to local amenities including ATMs, restaurants, shopping centres, and other essential services. The apartment was well equipped with everyday necessities such as cookware, utensils, a fridge, drinking water, and a toaster, making it particularly convenient for families travelling with children. A particularly nice touch was the complimentary laundry service, which was included in the price and proved very useful for a family travelling with young children. Additionally, due to a delay in our onward journey, we requested a late check-out on our final day. This was approved without any fuss, and we were extremely grateful for the flexibility and understanding shown by the management team. Overall, the excellent customer service, convenient location, and thoughtful extras far outweighed the few minor drawbacks. I would happily recommend this apartment to families and other travellers looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay.

There were a couple of minor issues during our stay. The apartment is located directly beside a main road, and because the building is not particularly soundproof, traffic noise made it difficult for our toddlers to sleep at times. We also noticed some dust on the floors and around the windows, likely due to the heavy traffic outside. However, after housekeeping attended the following day, the apartment was cleaned to a very high standard, and we had no further concerns.

The apartment was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The location in Patan was perfect, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. It really felt comfortable and homely.

Honestly, there wasn’t anything major to complain about. Everything was well managed, and any small issues were handled quickly.
