F&B male staff was friendly and polite. They also explain well about breakfast charges if we paid at the reception it would cost us only RM20.00 however if we were to pay at the Cafe then the charges would be RM 28.00 per person.
Reception table is too high for normal person like me. Need to educate the staff to be more informative in providing information to the guests.
