Location was the only great thing about this hotel.

Substandard room with no control on air conditioning or heating. Window was not a window but an opening into the hotel. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Check in staff was inefficient and took a very long time to complete inbound guests. Cost for a night did not equal to what we received.

Zentrale Lage und ruhige Zimmer. Alles ist von hier zu Fuß erreichbar. Riesiges Frühstück-Buffet, dass keine Wünsche offen lässt.

Nachts am Wochenende bei offenem Fenster schlafen ist zwischendurch laut. Und die Badewanne ist für manche vielleicht zu hoch zum ein- & aussteigen.

Very nice hotel located in the middle of the city. Great rooms. Great breakfast. Nice outside area. Parking under the hotel.

The location is great, the parking is at the bottom of the building, but somehow on booking the hotel states that they have no parking, maybe because you have to pay it separately, that's why.

Comfiest bed ever! Fantastic breakfast with veggie/vegan options. Literally in the heart of town. Great facilities and always clean.

My husband and I travelled with another couple so booked 2 rooms. We found the rooms to be extremely hot and the air conditioning was not working. We received various explanations from staff ranging from, "yes we know there is an issue" to "we only have heating in the winter". We were instructed to sleep with the windows open but then outside noise was an issue. We also observed various other guests complaining about the same issue. I cannot blame the staff as they were extremely polite, but would suggest that it is extremely unfair of management to subject their staff to this barrage of complaints without any clear directive or intention of rectifying this obvious issue.

Came back for second time after years, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. good breakfast and perfect location.

the only problem was that the temperature in the room was way too hot and not possible to lower it down.
