The suite was very spacious and bed was comfy. We loved the facilities: the infinity pool is incredible, sauna was nice, fitness room is well equipped and the pool table was a great thing to have for a chill evening at the hotel.
The restaurant on the top floor was rather expensive and we couldn't use the discount that was offered to guests without a Chinese phone number. The mobile phone was necessary to get a code to show to the restaurant, which was a rather inconvenient requirement for a discount that is meant to new guests...

Excellent location - short walking distance to two metro stops which serviced many of the city’s attractions. Also close to electronic mall and to other malls and restaurants. Super clean huge rooms with washer/dryer facilities- hotel gives you detergent too. Loved the Japanese style toilets and shower stall was one of the few that didn’t leak on yo the floor. Although we did not use them, the rooftop infinity pool looked divine and the gym, sauna, and steam room seemed super nice. Staff were very kind and helpful too.
The bathroom area was very warm with the mirror constantly giving off heat. This affected the temperature in the room making it a bit difficult to sleep at times, although the air conditioning was turned down to 18 degrees and the door to bathroom area remained closed.

The facility is excellent
Staff in the breakfast area made a scene about taking a banana to the room. The breakfast is early and it is not pleasant to rush it, so my husband and I took a banana each to go. For the price of the breakfast one pays you can eat for a week in my country. We checked out before the breakfast on our last day and we're told we could not get a refund for it. We were not offered any 'breakfast to go' either. Pathetic service from a supposed 5 star hotel
