Very clean, Friendly staff, Good breakfast and perfect location

The staff at the property work hard to make sure every guest is happy and enjoying their stay. They are so friendly and always laughing. This hostel had one of the most amazing breakfast and the rooms,bathrooms and common areas are all clean. If there was any problems the staff were fast to handle this and find a solution! I have to mention Sam, Farizi, Jeger, Mei and Ulan because you made my stay here perfect, you all are such hardworking people and amazing at your job. Thank you for everything and i’m sure I will be back to see you again :)

I want to stay forever :(

By and large this is a really nice hostel. The staff are nice, the rooms are good, I see the staff clean the common areas every day. Nice little swimming pool and good common areas, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, good enough curtains and aircon.

Unfortunately my first bed had bedbugs in it. Many, many of them. When I brought it up the manager immediately apologized and I was moved to another bed, where I didn't have problems. But I would suggest avoiding room 1's top left bed for a while, I felt like this was not a new issue. The manager tried (unpleasantly hard) to convince me not to mention this. I feel sorry for inconveniencing the hostel with this comment, but think travelers and other hostels will be inconvenienced more if I don't.
