GALATA M84

Our stay at Galata M84 was absolutely exceptional, and we honestly cannot recommend this property highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly and incredibly helpful. In particular, we would like to make a special mention of Mr Ozan, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and stress-free. Not only did he take the time to explain how Istanbul's public transport system worked and how to use the transport card, but he actually accompanied us to the tram stop to make sure we knew exactly where to go. This level of genuine care and personal service is rare and was greatly appreciated. The apartment itself was wonderful — spacious, spotlessly clean, well-maintained and extremely comfortable. Daily servicing was also available if required, which was another added convenience. What really sets Galata M84 apart, however, is the exceptional hospitality. Every staff member we encountered was helpful and accommodating, and Mr Ozan's kindness and willingness to go that extra mile made a lasting impression on us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return if we visit Istanbul again. An outstanding experience from start to finish. Highly recommended, and a sincere thank you to Mr Ozan and the entire team!

Nothing

Everything as expected, staff were very helpful

Water pressure in shower was a little weak

Property was spacious. Facilities were very good. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially in relation to transfers to and from airport. Location was very good - close to many bars and restaurants, and had a station and the funicular just a short walk from the apartment. There was comfort in having 24hr reception as our plane arrived quite late at night and we had to depart the apartment at 04.30am.

The apartment is in amongst bars and cafes so is noisy at night. There were ear plugs provided in the apartment on our arrival and these blocked out the street noise.
