Francis Superior Rooms

Das Appartement war sehr gut, Ausstattung und Einrichtung komfortabel. Die Lage war optimal. Wir haben direkt gegenüber einen Parkplatz gemietet. Unser großes Auto passt gerade so rein. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in Triest, eine schöne Stadt!

Die Klimaanlage läuft nicht optimal.

Great location, very friendly host, great communication, grateful for option of parking

On the day we were checking out, the cleaner repeatedly knocked on our door and even came in once, impatient to clean the room despite the fact that we left well before the 10:30 check out time.

Herzliche Begrüßung, Sauberkeit, alles Notwendige vorhanden, viel Platz

The communication from the owner of the property was excellent both before our visit and throughout; Ilaria's superb English was much appreciated. The property in is a superb location for exploring Trieste and we were able to walk from the train station to it. Our room was a no frills exceptionally clean bedroom with a very comfortable bed. The adjacent bathroom was also exceptionally clean. We had a kettle and Coffee maker in our room and a fridge with access to tea coffee crockery etc in the shared hallway just outside our door. the property is also very safe passing through two lockable doors before you reach your own room. Ilaria recommended Charlotte's Pasticceria..... not to be missed!

It was my mistake but I had assumed there would be more than one room available to us in the property but Francis rooms is a group of bedrooms which actually would be perfect for bigger family groups who needed two or more rooms. We were in the 'blue sky' room and I would suggest perhaps the addition of two armchairs in the room to make it more bed sit in style. Breakfast is not part of the provision but we preferred this as in Italy you are never more than a short walk from a Pasticceria.
