The distance from the hotel to Shinsaibashi is acceptable for us, can walk from hotel and go shopping every day. Can find the different restaurants and coffee shops if walk to different alley. Nagahoribashi and Shinsaibashi subway stations both can go by walk. Hotel has a kitchen, a washing machine with a drying function, also has the balcony. Password for the entrance must be softly TOUCH, DO NOT push the button. A tax-free AEON supermarket 10mins walk from the hotel. Across from the hotel on the left-side is a Family Mart. There is a local lifestyle supermarket on the opposite side after the zebra crossing in front of the hotel, it is CHEAPER than tax-free AEON even AFTER TAXES.

部屋が広いし、キッチンの食器類や家電は割と充実していて、延長コードも2本あり、備品は他の民泊より揃っている。 心斎橋や長堀に近くて交通の弁も良い。 コンビニもファミマが近い。

２年前も利用して良かったので2度目の利用なのですが、前回の部屋と違うからか、今回の部屋はテーブルは拭いてないのか液体が乾いた跡が残っていたり、冷蔵庫やレンジの上がホコリがあったり、ソファーベッドは擦れて劣化が目立つし、壁もあちこち剥がれていたりするし、何よりハンガーもきれいじゃなかった。 洗面台も棚が撤去されたのか無くて、置くところが少ないし、とても残念だった。これで清掃代が¥5,500も追加で取られるのは納得いかなかった。
