- Tama and Mila, and the entire team from the front desk, to the cleaning staff, to the restaurant servers, made the stay very enjoyable. Everyone that works here is super friendly and helpful.
- the hotel is beautiful. Lovely infinity pool that overlooks the rice terraces and it’s prettier than the average hotel
- 10/10 would recommend this hotel if you are staying in Ubud
- location is 20 mins from the main Ubud centre. You have to order a taxi each time you leave the hotel, but this only costs about £1.50-£2 a journey, so it’s not an issue. The local taxi drivers seem to have some sort of agreement with the Uber/Grab/Online taxi providers to stay away from the resort as there is price competition between them.

The day spa was really lovely. Staff were friendly and attentive. Great value price wise and easy distance from the rooms. We went everyday.
We had a private pool and after staying in several other hotels in Bali I found it lacking in ambience and definitely in cleanliness. Water was cloudy and tiles needed a good scrub.

The pool was aesthetically pleasing! I had the room with pool access and it was amazing. I could just go out of my room and instantly jump in the pool. The place is huge & very fancy. The staff were so helpful and friendly!

Didn't stay here. The drive in and the smell of the restaurant on entry and the faded, dated decor was enough for me to cancel both rooms booked (and pay the cancellation fee) - then book elsewhere.

Pool, Spa, Room were all great and very comfortable. The view from our room was amazing! The Ubud ambience was felt and instantly created a relaxing effect. The grounds and therapy pool area was so peaceful. Had a great massage experience.
Breakfast was good but not great. Juice was tasteless. Lots of flies in the outdoor section, had to come inside.

Wunderschöne Anlage mit zwei traumhaften Pools mit Blick auf die Reisfelder.
Leider ist die Unterkunft sehr außerhalb von Ubud. Für 4km braucht man mit dem Auto in der Regel über 20min.

Very private property which backed onto a river & rain forest. Facilities were excellent. Staff were great. Good dining potions.

The politeness & friendliness of all staff were remarkable. Plus, they were really helpful to assist us with booking of cab & etc! Of course, not forgetting the amazing room with pool access (gorgeous view!!!). Honestly, given a choice, I wouldn't want to leave. I'll definitely be back. Keep it up, Seres!

Not a fan of the glass toilets. Putting the blinds on the toilet on and off is a big hassle.

Beautiful location overlooking rice fields. Lovely infinity pool with great views as well as a spring. Very easy check in, room was amazing. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Massage received at Seres Spa was very good.
Vegetarian main meal menu and at breakfast could be broader.

Great Rooms, Excellent Breakfast. Room service needed some reminders for the towels, tissues etc but in general they were nice.
Ms. Ira at the restaurant where we had daily breakfast and some dinner is amazing and looked after us so well. She was attentive, courteous, and professional.
Chef Muliya makes the best eggs benedict in all on Bali.

The biggest disappointment about this hotel is pool, that has no sun after 1pm or so.

The distance between every spot is very long, and there is no escalator meaning you have to walk very long distances every morning ( so many stairs ).
