Excellent location for travelling in and out of Dublin. Spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed.

Good location. Very clean. Stayed for five people. Lots of space for everyone.

Signage at the entrence just the name of the house but great place to stay

There was a flashing light over the front door of the apartment next door which was annoying as it can in around the window blind.

The property was cosy, cute and very clean. It was warm and comfortable. It was brilliant to be able to bring our little dog with us. It was lovely to find milk and juice in the fridge. a lovely touch.

It took a while and some googling to figure out how to use the oven (it required a time limit to be set as well as temperature. Some simple instructions would have been terrific. Although the bins were segregated with a recycling and general waste bin inside (which was great), we could only find a general bin outside and so left the recycling inside. I hope this was the correct thing to do.

sofa only 2 seater plenty room for a bigger one, not suitable for a family. very very cold 2 of us ended up getting sick as it was so cold. was told there would be milk and there wasn’t any milk for cereal or tea. There was a smell throughout the property, it did say no smoking so not 100% sure if it was a smoke smell.

The place was so clean, it was fresh, the little things made a big difference- lots of towels and plenty of cleaning supply too. Shower was fab and the host really was kind. Internet and Netflix made us great to entertain kids when making food

A toaster would be lovely instead of grill for breakfast

Super everything and special hist Valerie really make the surprise for me and my boyfriend for our anniversary. Super place and super house.

Lovely, quiet location to relax with kids after Tayto Park. Kids played soccer outside and had a go on the little swings. We ordered pizza from just eat, came within minutes. House perfect for what we needed. The extra touch of having Tea/coffee/juice/cereal was lovely.

No fire exit, impossible to find, host was out for the night and didn’t give any help to locate the keys to our property

We booked last minute to stay for one night to travel to tayto park..ideal location to the park and only 30 mins to NewGrange and The Hill of Tara.. We had the red door lodge which was spotless and really comfortable with a lovely garden at front.. We will be back !

Great location, very private.

Was a great place to stay for the night whilst at tayto park. Location was great and the property was well looked after. The host left some cereal, milk and juice for breakfast which was a nice touch.

The only thing I didnt like about the apartment was the lack of comfortable seating in the living area. There was only a two seater sofa for our family of 5 to use whilst watching TV in the evening so we had to use kitchen chairs. Fine for one night but think if we were staying longer it would be a problem.

When we first went in I had a quick look around as we had a 2 year old and 4 year old with us I worried if the floors were clean enough. They were! We were kindly provided with juice, tea, coffee and cereal for breakfast. Microwave was available for use too. I was considering taking a bed rail with us but didn't bother, I was impressed to see one was provided. A very very short drive to tayto park and very easy to get to. Dunnes, tesco, aldi and mcdonalds are all about a 5 minute drive away in Ashbourne. There was a guest handbook which had a few fast food menus available, we easily ordered food in both nights. The 2 cats on the grounds were a huge hit with my daughters and it definitely made them feel more at home. With a young family I was a bit wary if it would meet my expectations but it did. The garden is lovely with wee fairy doors and a garden bench where we were able to sit outside whilst our daughters played on their bikes. Also has a wee tree swing which was also a huge hit! We met the owner as we were leaving - lovely lady. We enjoyed this more than the hotel we stayed in last year, it just made the holiday easier not being confined to a room. Will hopefully stay again next year and I've already recommended this place to friends. Glad we found it!!

Having to come home 🤣 Jokes aside having read the other comments the only thing which isn't even negative would be bigger tea cups. However I got on fine with the ones provided. There was a brush and shovel provided but prehaps a hoover on site would be helpful.
