De ligging was prima; zoals bekend was, wordt er geen ontbijt geserveerd. Maar er zij voldoende eettentje heel dichtbij waar je 's morgens terecht kunt. Verder is er vlakbij een avondmarkt met allerlei eetkraaampjes. Uiterst vriendelijk gastvrouw die overal mee wilde helpen en voor wie niets teveel was.

Misschien zou er bij de vermelding van het hotel aangegeven kunnen worden dat alleen met Visa-card betaald kan worden (geen Master-card). Verder nog een algemeen punt, niet specifiek voor dit hotel, om te weten dat in de regio Xishuangbanna voor niet-bewoners aldaar, geen contact geld gepind kan worden i.v.m. voorkomen van fraude zo vlak bij de grens van Myamar.

Good location, next to the barbecue night market and the bar scene along the river. Very sweet owner who is in the tea business and will make great tea for you. Some Chinese knowledge is helpful.

They have pickup and drop off service! This is nice in peak season! I was also able to wash clothes and dry them on a drying rack! It helped me a lot! It was a good distance from the night market and other attractions! The managers were very helpful in figuring out transportation and distances! I would highly recommend this place, but i would bring ear plugs to help sleep!

It was too noisy! People stayed up and made noise until early morning!

The location is great, it is only a few minute walk to the night market near the riverbank and the Manting Park is also in walking distance. the area has many smaller restaurants with great (local) food. The apartment (2 rooms and bathroom) is spacious and clean and the bed is comfy. The owners are super-friendly and own tea-plantations in Yunnan and Laos, and can explain loads about tea. In the reception room there is a big tea table where tea can be drunk all day long for free.

I once saw a cockroach running around in the living room of the apartment, and it was hiding under the day-bed (where underneath it was not cleaned in a long time). There is no possibility to eat breakfast or dinner at the Aparthotel, but that said, there are enough options nearby.

Enough space for 4 people, everything at your fingertips, very helpful and knowledgeable owner. Great to have washing machine and huge sunny windows to dry clothes.

No issues. Would definitely stay again.

All is well

Very spacious suite with a big bedroom, big bathroom and and a large living/bedroom. Very central location, short walk to many many restaurants and shops and also the river and nightmarkets. Free underground parking (though we had to walk down steps to get to it). At just over 150 per night it was fantastic value.

Wifi slow and unreliable. Room was a bit noisy with people going to/from nearby bars/restaurants at night and construction across the road in the day. Shower a little bit weak, no bath. No outdoor garden or swimming pool, though the photos show an outdoor pool.

The owner is very friendly and picked us up from the airport. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Soft bed, fast wifi, complimentary toiletries. Location was good, right next to the riverside night market, and about 4km from the bigger night market. Also, it's right beside the water breaking festival Square

The shipping center the hotel is located in is a little run down, but the hotel itself is very clean and nice.
