Location was excellent overlooking the beech on a large sun French terrace .
Bedroom to the front had a damp odour and very noisy with continued traffic. Bed to the front could have been better comfort wise and lack of real pillows .we

as a frequent visitor to Calahonda, we have stayed at a number of apartments and I would rate this highly on my list of favourites.
Location wise it has everything. Fantastic views, short walk to the beachfront, short walk to the bus stops, supermarkets etc; The host allowed us to leave late as nobody was coming on our last day and we had a late flight ( thank you again Elena)
nothing , but would have enjoyed a lounger on the terrace.
If you have a problem with stairs, there are steps up-to the apartment and it is a duplex.

we liked it’s location. Pleased that there was a washing machine.
We felt it was a bit tired. Some of the light bulbs hadn’t been replaced, especially in the bathroom. The shower would not sit in the bracket in the wall so had to be held by hand. we could not get the dishwasher to work so had to wash everything by hand. some more comfy sunloungers to take to the pool would have been nice.

Lovely stay have stayed on this complex before spotless apartment , host was so nice and responded quick good location apartment was full of everything you need only thing was tv was so bad only one channel firestick wouldn’t work in it so no tv for 4 days when on the evening and wanted to relax also need a manual to figure out cooker ect

The beds are very old and the matrass is uncomfortable.

Duplex is beautiful light and airy overlooking the sea with a large terrace everything you needed was provided for lovely accommodation

We loved the position of the apartment with lovely sea views and a great size outside balcony location to the beach and pool area. and supermarket just a 5 min walk had a lovely feel like staying at your grandma holiday home , even had a pull along shopping trolly which we found perfect for supermarket trips Washing machine a bonus....
The only criticism was the mattress were a little hard in the main bedroom which I found a shame as every other part was perfect and we didn’t want to leave.

location is good for beach, shops [ and bus stops if required ] Apartment has all mod cons with good wi-fi so all sweet .
lack of instructions for tv channels and appliances ESPECIALLY THE COOKER HOB .[ I know it sounds straight forward but its not with this one ] also no cooker hood / extractor fan . parking down the bottom end is hazardous so please park at the top by the crossover bridge for your own safety.

Despite being close to the road, the appartement was surprisingly quiet en nicely situated.
Well maintained en safe due to the locks on the gates.
Clean and comfortable. Well equiped, even sunbeds and a parasol.
The light switches n the bedroom were a bit complicated. Bathroom could not be locked
