Pamela met us at the dock and proceeded to give us information about our room, the town and how best to get around. Her information was very helpful. She also gave us her phone number and encouraged us to reach out with any questions. When we asked for some help, she was very prompt and helpful with her answers. The rooms of this B&B are exceptional. They are beautiful with exceptional attention to detail to ensure a wonderful stay. The rooms are large and airy with a lovely bathroom and incredible view. Pamela leaves an amazing array of food for the stay including a daily delivered, freshly baked cake which she cooks herself. She happily makes gluten free cakes as well. Her cakes are the best I've tasted. This B&B far outshines any other B&B stay I've had!

Brilliant location close to the ferries. Our host supplied everything you could possibly imagine for our daily breakfast including baking a new local cake everyday!

There were two flights of stairs to negotiate which may be an issue for some, but it wasn't for us. They took our bags up when we arrived so that wasn't an issue

The host was amazing, the view is exceptional, the location is great.

Amazing location for everything. Right on the port with access to boat trips, beaches and the town. Our host Pamela baked fresh cakes everyday and left them in the room for us. She arranged transfer to and from airport. Plus Pamela organised a bus tour for us to Positano, Amalfi and Rafello. Amazing service throughout our stay

Nothing, everything was perfect

Everything was fantastic starting with the most informative check in by Pamela we ever experienced. So close to everything and lovely being in the water with views and steps to lots of restaurants and experiences. Our host was outstanding and was so helpful. Her afternoon cooking treats were just divine. Great beds and air con.

Nothing. Just perfect

Pamela, the host, was superb. She came to meet us when we arrived, welcomed us to an early check in, baked the most amazing fresh delights every day (I could've eaten the entire lemon cake myself!) and helped us with recommendations and a private boat tour. We loved the location as it is away from all the touristy crowds, but super convenient. It is by the ferry, but out of the way, so you do not suffer from any crowds or noise from the ferry. The room was extremely well-stocked with food for breakfast, snacking and more. The view from our window was phenomenal- like a fairytale!

It was wonderful all around. The shower leaked to the floor a bit, but it wasn't a bother for us (only sorry for the wet towels!).

The apartment is in an incredibly position, if coming by ferry it is a 5 minute walk, could not be any more convenient!

Hands down - our stay at Surriento Suites was the best lodging experience we have ever had anywhere! Pamela is the most gracious and responsive hostess you can imagine. Our room was beautifully appointed, impeccably clean, and stocked with homemade Italian treats and conventional Italian snacks. Not to mention the beautiful views from our room, especially at sunrise and sunset. Also, the location of Surriento Suites is ideal for the ferries and chartered boat trips to Capri and the Amalfi Coast. It is easily accessible by the Sorrento bus system, taxis, steps from the city center, and a walking path from the spectacular Villa Comunale di Sorrento gardens. We are already planning our return trip!
