El alojamiento está completamente equipado, Muy buenas instalaciones, hermoso entorno, muy bien ubicado, buena atención al cliente. Excelente relación calidad/precio.
La ducha del segundo piso es poco práctica. Faltan cortinas en algunos sectores como la cocina, para darle un poco mas de privacidad.

The cabaña was comfortable for our family. The host provided a nice baby crib and all the windows had black out shades which helped with naps and early bed times. The breakfast was great and the host helped with all our needs!
There is some loud construction and dogs very close to the property. But it didn’t disturb our stay too much. I would still recommend!

I loved the location. It is on a treed, gated, city lot within walking distance to downtown, perfect for women traveling alone. I felt very comfortable and safe. I also loved the central heat and feather comforter.
Everything was perfect. I am traveling alone and booked the smallest cabin, which was my choice. Although the bathroom is brand new, the shower could be a bit bigger, if I had to mention something to improve. But I was very comfortable there and would return.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. I liked the location, it is in a very safe and secure place, which is good for a woman traveling alone. They are animal lovers and I was able to bring my indoor cat with me. The central heat was a wonderful bonus.
The only thing that could have been better was the price. My cabin was very small.

The location is perfect- in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to downtown Puerto Varas. The grounds themselves are beautiful- full of a variety of trees and plants- and you feel like you’re in the middle of the forest.
Julio and Claudia are kind and helpful hosts.

Its remoteness and position
The gas cooker was dangerous, we couldn’t turn it off. The night man came but he couldn’t turn it off either, so he had to turn off the gas supply and we were too scared to turn it on in the morning so we didn’t have breakfast in the cabana. Surely you’d expect someone to check the cooker (it dated from the 70s) before the guests arrive.
The management was incredibly unfriendly, no help at all, and what I find really annoying is that nobody apologised to us about the cooker, nothing at all was said
To top it all, we were charged 195.000 Chilean pesos which is the equivalent of £235.00 while on our form it said £210.00. The extra charge was 19 per cent VAT
We have since found out that foreigners don’t pay that, it’s only people from Chile who pay it
I feel cheated and I am very upset about the way we were treated

It was so calm,comfortable, warm and clean.
Everything was well equipped and the crews were the most kind persons I have ever met.
There is nothing bad.
