Breakfast could hv been better

The location was the best thing about this place. Breakfast was poor, but very good! The manager was very friendly and helpful in making sure we didn't fall for the tricks of abusive vendors.

The housekeeper’s attitude. - She knocked very rudely on the door to tell us we only had 45 minutes left to eat breakfast even though it was 8:45 a.m., despite the fact that breakfast was served until 10:30 a.m. - She kicked us out of the room before check-out time so she could clean it and leave. -She cleaned the room in 15 minutes: she simply changed the sheets, took out the trash, and mopped the floor. -We didn’t have hot water on the last day, simply because the housekeeper turned it off!

Location was absolutely perfect, right in the centre and en-route to the viewing point. A perfectly placed terraced to view the sights and hot air balloons in the morning. Breakfast included in the price which was vegetarian. Trips were offered by the hotel but we had already booked before we arrived.

Only the ceiling light which can be harsh. Would had appreciated lamps. Also would had liked a bar or communal area to relax in the evening. The terrace area not patio garden was set up but has lots of potential.

✅ Helpful Caretaker: Allowed early check-in and was very cooperative. ✅ Scenic Location: Situated on a hill—short walk uphill for a peaceful sunset view

❌ Poor Maintenance: Broken/loose headboard on the bed. Fungus in the bathroom (see photo). No Door lock in washroom Dated, non-cave aesthetic (fake tiles, no authentic charm). ❌ Inconsistent Breakfast: First day was terrible (likely because we were the only guests); second day was slightly better. ❌ Lack of Ambience: No decorative lighting or attractions unlike other hotels in the area.
