Well equipped and restful hotel in the heart of the Montmartre.

Location , everything we needed , friendly staff . Clean , quiet, and would highly recommend to everyone

Nothing really

Only very good thing about this "hotel" is its location - right at Montmartre, but away from maddening tourist crowds. However there's absolutely nothing around in the vicinity except of hills and endless stairs. There's a nice lobby and very polite receptionists. Room had a small kitchenette with capsule coffee machine, kettle, fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Decent cutlery, plates, cups and glasses. Although the comfort and level of service absolutely not matching the prices.

It's not a hotel, this is an overpriced "tiny-room-rental" with lobby, dysfunctional reception and basic breakfast. No bar, no room service, no restaurant, no snacks, no cleaning, no towel change, no drinking water in room, nothing that would make it a hotel which charge you 350 EUR per night. Most common response at reception: "NO, we don't do this". They charge you 60 eur if you don't clean your kitchenette and suggest to put garbage away yourself. A lot of heavily used items in the rooms: - sagging mattresses - sleep like in hammock - badly repaired shower tray that heavily leaks to bathroom floor - scratched doors and detached handles (including a handle for handicapped in the shower) - only one chair in a double room Breakfast is very very basic and is not worth of price they ask for it. The staff / management does not monitor the city developments that may affect the guests. They knew I stayed with a handicapped mother, they knew the date and time of my check-out and did not give me any notice that exactly at that time the road in front of their hotel will be closed due to public event making no taxi available in the radius of 700m. Good management would take care to notify guests about developments, so this is not a surprise before you leave to the airport with a person who can't normally walk. No help, no solutions, only "I can't do anything, I didn't know myself".
