The hosts responded my messages really fast and was super helpful. The key collection was straightforward. The location is great, very close to Palais des Papes and its parking facility (one of the biggest parking complex in Avignon), therefore, it is a great accommodation for travelers who decide to rent a car. And the location is also reachable for taxis. The apartment is very spacious, and clean enough for its price. There is a functioning kitchen with a large refrigerator.

The building has no elevator. The living room is on the same level as the entrance, but the bedrooms and bathroom are downstairs. There is only one air conditioner, located above the entrance; therefore, during heat waves, the cool air hardly reaches the bedrooms. There is also a gas water heater located near the entrance, which is odd because it is indoors. We usually place them outdoors to prevent carbon monoxide (CO) accumulation. But after some research, I found that this is pretty common in historic towns and strict measures are in place to ensure safety, so I think it's fine.

Great location, nice space, comfortable bed, tea coffee and equipment all good!

Several flights of stair - usome of which were uneven leading to mlssed footing and falling down the stairs with bags when exiting apt. The door and keys were very hard to open - had to jiggle back and fortj and door handle didnt feel stable
