Spa was a nice touch, Bed was comfy.

Felt smaller than in pictures. Not a bad thing, Just unexpected as all

The bathroom sink didn’t drain, no where to hang up towels, small kitchen

What a surprise, very well decorated with the extra little additions. Loved the little welcome bag, and appreciated the super quick response via messaging about parking clarity after 9pm.

Road noise but you have to expect that when situated on main road.. I suppose it would’ve possibly been a bit different weekend vs weekday with less trucks. Nothing that was that bad as we’ve got another booking in November.

It felt too crowded

Having stayed here many times, I highly recommend this property. Bronwyn is always very accomodating, friendly and looks after her guests. The apartments are clean, modern and well equipped. Dual heating / cooling upstairs and downstairs. Comfy beds and great bathrooms.

Electric blanket had no power point and was jammed under the heavy bed head, it was hard to actually get it out. BOTH TV’s needed fixing and one of them was totally broken, requiring installation of a new one. The Noise from traffic was like a rocket explosion in my head throughout the night - there was NO SOUND PROOF rooms as claimed. Staff in and out the room fixing things while were trying to relax, very disappointing. I am seeking compensation at least reimbursement for One Night.

Comfortable bed, walking distance to main street.

Right on the highway. Was so loud that we couldn't make use of the verandah or leave the door open to air out. Door between bedroom and bathroom jams too and couldn't close when others use the toilet.

Easy to access

Two things i did not like- First i was charged international transaction fee when i booked the property within Australia as i live in Australia. A bit strange and uninformed. Secondly the beds were very very squeaky and not comfortable.
