Blood on the pull out bed dusty and dirty also off milk in cupboard.

Generally the accommodation was good considering it’s age Hot water service was hard to adjust

The one gripe was that because we would be late picking up keys the agents did not send the email to give us the combination of the safe where the keys would be kept, very annoying when your not sure if you would need to spend the night in the car Also we booked thru booking.com and had free cancellation and no payment til 3 weeks before but the agents took the deposit 5 weeks before the trip, definite lack of communication, also annoying

cups pans knives plates cutlery all old not matching and need replacing

Was a lovely outlook

No soap for hand washing in bathroom! Only one garbage bag in kitchen which was so small for a family no extras Pool area was poor Couldn’t use tennis court due to carts being parked there No access to internet poor internet service on phones For the amount paid for accommodation these are really basic needs

I liked that there was plenty of room and 2 bathrooms and the beds were comfy

When we arrived there was no toilet paper in the room at all 😡and after travelling 2 hours the first thing our 3 children wanted to do was use the toilet. We then realised there was no linen which I had rang earlier in the week to check there would be, so after ringing to sort it out I finally got some and wasn’t happy to be making beds at 9pm with tired cranky kids just wanting to go to bed. The air con also wasn’t the best, the cold air barely made it down to the bedrooms which was disappointing and uncomfortable sleeping
